An intimate, beautifully styled setting for the moment you ask one of life's biggest questions. Styled indoors or outdoors: your home, apartment, Airbnb, hotel, private venue, or an approved outdoor spot. Custom styling starts at $150. (We don't offer balloon designs.) Pricing • Starting at $375 Good to know • Food and beverages are not included. You're welcome to bring your own. • Outdoors: setups depend on weather, wind, ground and space. Parks don't allow staking into the ground, so some pieces may be adjusted or left out when conditions aren't safe. • Public parks: a valid park permit or reservation is required. You're responsible for getting and paying for it before your date, and for confirming your setup is allowed there. We can't set up in a public park without one. • Travel: no fee within 25 miles of Charlotte. Beyond that, $1.50 per mile from Charlotte, NC, confirmed before your booking. • We serve Charlotte, NC and nearby: Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis, Belmont, Mount Holly, Gastonia, Fort Mill (SC) and Rock Hill (SC).
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Balance due 48 hrs before event; no loading, travel or setup until paid in full. One reschedule allowed, subject to availability. Unsafe weather may transfer payment to a new date; no refunds. Travel outside included area is $1.50/mile round trip. Client is responsible for location access, permissions and permits. The Picnic Loft may modify/remove equipment for safety; proper anchoring/weighting is required. Late arrival does not extend event time. Food/drinks are not provided or our responsibility. Client may be responsible for lost/damaged Picnic Loft property. Completed setups may be photographed/videoed as proof of service. Final written invoice/booking details override conflicting general package descriptions. One reschedule allowed with 3+ days’ notice, subject to availability. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
