Frequently Asked Questions What’s included in my picnic experience? Each picnic includes a fully styled setup with a low picnic table, floor seating (pillows & blankets), table décor, candles, and decorative accents. Setup and breakdown are always included. Is food included? No, food and beverages are not included. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during your experience. Where can the picnic be set up? Picnics can be set up at private residences, approved venues, or select outdoor locations. The setup area must be flat, clean, and accessible. Can I book a picnic at a park? Yes, however, clients are responsible for confirming park availability and obtaining any required permits prior to booking. What are your booking hours? We are available for bookings Friday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. How do I book? All bookings must be completed through our website by submitting a booking form and reviewing the booking policies. This ensures your date and details are properly secured. Can I customize my setup? All picnics are styled as shown to maintain a cohesive luxury look. Minor adjustments may be accommodated based on availability. What happens if I need to reschedule? Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Please refer to our booking policies for full details. What if the weather is bad? In the event of unfavorable weather, we will work with you to reschedule your booking to a later date. Do I need to be present for the setup? If your picnic is at a private residence or venue, someone must be present at the time of setup. For park locations, you must arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
