A cozy fall Globe Tent for up to six guests, filled with warm rust, cream, brown and golden tones, rich textures and luxury picnic comfort. Make it yours Send us your inspiration. Custom styling starts at $150 and can change the palette, décor style or overall look. Subject to availability and discussed in advance. (We don't offer balloon designs.) Pricing • Starting at $480 Good to know • Available at private homes, backyards and private venues only. Not available in public parks. • Food and beverages are not included. You're welcome to bring your own. • Travel: no fee within 25 miles of Charlotte. Beyond that, $1.50 per mile from Charlotte, NC, confirmed before your booking. • We serve Charlotte, NC and nearby: Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis, Belmont, Mount Holly, Gastonia, Fort Mill (SC) and Rock Hill (SC).
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Balance due 48 hrs before event; no loading, travel or setup until paid in full. One reschedule allowed, subject to availability. Unsafe weather may transfer payment to a new date; no refunds. Travel outside included area is $1.50/mile round trip. Client is responsible for location access, permissions and permits. The Picnic Loft may modify/remove equipment for safety; proper anchoring/weighting is required. Late arrival does not extend event time. Food/drinks are not provided or our responsibility. Client may be responsible for lost/damaged Picnic Loft property. Completed setups may be photographed/videoed as proof of service. Final written invoice/booking details override conflicting general package descriptions. One reschedule allowed with 3+ days’ notice, subject to availability. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
